Good morning and Happy Saturday

This is also D-Day, an important day in modern World history. One day, I will find my way to the beaches of Normandy, France, and pay my respects to those who made the ultimate sacrifice!

Rainbow Of Color, Rebel Gaining Strength...
Not all rebels are rising above. In this case, the open Kees Nelis tulip, a "rebel" amongst the pink, is laying low and gaining strength. At least, that's my interpretation. Taken this Spring at the Tulips of the Valley Festival, east of Vancouver, Canada.
